FGHA COVID Screening Process - House League Evaluation Skates

Sep. 26, 2021

Non-Player Screening Made Easier

As you are aware, we are required to capture COVID screening data for all people entering the arena for the FGHA. Players and team staff are to RSVP and Screen using the health check in the RAMP Team app. All others are required to provide contact tracing information and be screened as well. We are excited to share that we will be using the CovidControl system to help make this easier.

Before entering the rink each time, simply go to https://covidcontrol.ca/ and enter in each location's unique code. From there, you'll be asked to enter in your detils and answer the screening questions. There is also a QR code that you can scan at the time of arrival if you prefer.

For this weekends evaluation skates, the codes for the arenas are below.

Harry Howell: Z1A7QQ

Westoby/Olympic: GXND3I

*Please note, the contact tracing that the FGHA is required to complete, is a separate step from the City's entry screening.
