NOTICE FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE FLAMBOROUGH GIRLS HOCKEY ASSOCIATION
Dear Members,
Notice is hereby given to all members that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) of FLAMBOROUGH GIRLS HOCKEY ASSOCIATION will be held on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2020 AT 7:30PM by Zoom Webcast, to conduct the following businesses:
AGENDA
- Welcome address from the President
- Confirm and approve minutes of the AGM held on Sunday, September 23, 2018.
- Receive and adopt Annual Report and audited financial statements for the years ended April 30, 2019 and April 30, 2020.
- Consider and approve the Auditors for the year May 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021.
- Following specific issue:
Proposed constitutional amendments as detailed here. - Election of members to the Board of Directors
- Discuss any other matter with permission of the Chair
