Updates on Return to Hockey from the FGHA and OWHA.

Feb. 13, 2021

Yesterday, the Province of Ontario announced that effective 12:01am Tuesday February 16, 2021 the City of Hamilton will move into into the Control "Red" Zone.

That means we are back in business!  The FGHA Board of Directors will work with the City to confirm our ice plan and as soon as we can, we'll share it with you.

At this time, it's our assumption that with our move back into the Control "Red" Zone, we will return to a the previously posted maximum of 10 players on the ice along with a maximum of 2 coaches and a trainer for each team.  No spectators will be allowed in the arena.   All players and staff must complete the COVID screening within the Team App prior to arrival at the arena.  We will confirm with the City and let you know if there are any changes to capacity.

Additionally, the OWHA has provided an update to the Return to Hockey Protocols.  Please take the time to review that here.

We are looking forward to seeing all our Falcons back on the ice.

See you at the rink!

Your FGHA Board of Directors
