Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Notice is hereby given to all members that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) of FLAMBOROUGH GIRLS HOCKEY ASSOCIATION will be held on SATURDAY MAY 11, 2024 AT 11:00AM at Harry Howell Arena during the Year End Party, to conduct the following businesses:
AGENDA
- Welcome address from the President
- Confirm and approve minutes of the AGM held on May 6, 2023.
- Receive and adopt Annual Report and audited financial statements for the year ended April 30, 2023.
- Consider and approve the Auditors for the year May 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025.
- Election of members to the Board of Directors
- Consider and approve the City Representative(s).
- Discuss any other matter with permission of the Chair.
